Moorpark Country Club is located west of the I-5/405 junction off the Ronald Reagan Freeway to the west and north of Simi Valley partially within a residential development.

The golf course is 27 holes over rolling topography surrounded by the foothills with views out to the Channel Islands and the Pacific from a couple of elevated tees. The three layouts Creekside, CanyonCrest, and Ridgeline move through the canyons and natural areas with each hole isolated and unique and homes in play on just a few of the exterior holes. There's six sets of tees overall with the tips of each rotation playing to: CanyonCrest/Ridgeline-6,919 yards, 73.1/133, course/slope ratings; Ridgeline/Creekside-7,010 yards, 73.7/137; Creekside/CanyonCrest-6,939 yards, 73.0/134, a Peter Jacobsen design.
