Oak Crest is 9 miles east of Iron Mountain on the south side of Norway just north of the Wisconsin border.

The layout was carved through the woods over a large, rolling tract of land along unique and isolated oak tree, lined fairways. It's generally straightforward save for several gentle doglegs with a couple of water hazards in play and sand bunkers defending the landing zones and greens. It's a rather short 6,165 yards, 69.7/127, course/slope ratings off the back tees, par of 72 with two shorter tees.
