Oak Hills is 45 minutes northeast of Winston Salem on the east side of Eden.

The layout winds along tree lined fairways but is generally roomy off the tee. Each hole is isolated and separated from the others with several water hazards in play, sand traps mostly greenside, slight and dramatic doglegs, and ample greens. It's an Ellis Maples design which plays to 6,449 yards from the tips, 70.8/124, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
