Ocean City is located on the north side of Newport Bay on Gibbs Pond with two 18-hole layouts.

The Seaside Course is a straightforward and playable layout with wide open fairways through the marshes and along tree-lined corridors with a generous amount of sand bunkers and water hazards in play. It's 6,701 yards from the tips, 71.4/122, course/slope ratings, and four shorter sets of tees, designed by William Gordon and Russell Roberts in the late 1950s.

The Newport Course traverses narrow, pine tree-lined fairways over level terrain featuring a variety of doglegs with numerous water hazards and sand traps positioned at the landing zones and defending the greens. It's 6,657 yards, 71.0/126, course/slope ratings from the tips with three shorter tees, redesigned by Lester George.
