Rum Pointe Seaside Golf Links is located along the Sinepuxent Bay on the Assateague National Seashore, with most of the holes having a Bay view.

The golf course is a links-style design, except for holes 11 & 12, which run through the woods and is well bunkered throughout with numerous water hazards in play. The Sinepuxent Bay and the Verrazano bridge over the Bay into the park provide a scenic setting for the layout, with constant wind always a factor. P.B. Dye, the son of Pete Dye, designed the course stretching to 7,001 yards from the tips, 72.6/122, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
