The Orleans CC is just off the I-91 exit 26 to the east at Orleans 20 miles south of the Canadian border in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom.

The golf course is a classic beginning as a 6 hole layout in the 1920s with design work by Alex Reid. The routing is parkland style bounding along tree lined fairways over slightly rolling topography. The front nine is a stern test over the back, but shotmaker's will find it easy to score well here. The fairways are forgiving off the tee, there's a moderate amount of sand both greenside as well as along the fairways, and a couple of small ponds affecting play. The course is short at 6,185 yards from the tips, 69.3/121, course/slope ratings for a par of 72 with three shorter tee boxes,
