The PGA Golf Village was developed in conjunction with a master planned community just off I-95 to the west in Port St. Lucie with three 18 hole, championship layouts.
The Wanamaker Course was named after Rodman Wanamaker who started the The PGA of America and whose name is on the trophy for the PGA Championship. It's a typical Florida style layout with water and wetlands bordering the majority of the holes along native tree lined fairways with 80+ sand bunkers. The greens tend to be elevated and are bordered by deep sand bunkers, mounding, and swales leading to collection areas. It plays to 7,123 yards, 74.8/144, course/slope ratings from the tips and four shorter tees, designed by Tom Fazio.
The Ryder Course was named after Sam Ryder, the industrialist from England who started the Ryder Cup. The golf course journeys over slightly rolling terrain through a pine forest with 80+ bunkers and water features on 11 holes. The course is a Tom Fazio design as well and plays to 7,037 yards, 73.9/134, course/slope from the tips with four shorter tees,
The Dye Course is a Pete Dye diabolical, target design and is visually intimidating off the tee and on approach to the greens. The course is reminiscent of a links layout through Florida natural wetlands and pine tree forests combining pot, grass and sand bunkers, pine straw roughs, coquina waste areas, and modest, contoured greens. It plays to 7,279 yards, 74.9/147, course/slope from the tips with four shorter tees.
