The Norman course winds through a residential development at Airport and Madison in a scenic setting with the Santa Rosa Mountains forming the background.

The golf course is a classic, desert layout over rolling and undulating terrain along fairways bordered by the desert with numerous forced carries over natural areas. There's water features on nine holes in addition to a total of 102 crushed marble, sand bunkers protecting the fairways and greens.
