The Nicklaus Tournament course is within a residential development off Madison at Airport Blvd.

The layout is a desert/parkland style of design and mostly wide open off the tee with water in play on at least half the holes in addition to a plethora of sand bunkers at the landing zones and greens. The course has a little of everything with split fairways, a couple of island greens, waste bunkers galore, dog legs, elevated greens and tees, and forced carries in a scenic setting against the foothills. There's five sets of tees available and from the tips it plays to 7,204 yards, 74.3/146, course/slope ratings.
