Pheasant Run is just off the 99 Freeway to the east at the Chowchilla exit halfway between Madera and Merced.

The routing is over level terrain through a residential community providing a mix of interesting holes with several risk/reward opportunities, water hazards on 14 holes, and sand bunkers mostly greenside. The White tees are 6,349 yards, 70.9/117, course/slope ratings with a variety of other tees, designed by Richard Biglar.
