Pickens Country Club is located in the Upstate of South Carolina 30 minutes northwest of Greenville/Spartanburg off the Gentry Memorial Highway.

The 9-hole layout is a traditional design winding along evergreen and hardwood, tree lined fairways with water in play on only a few holes and most of the sand bunkers defending the modest greens. There's a separate set of tees for the backside which definitely provides a different look to the course. It's 6,220 yards from the tips, 70.1/126, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Willie B. Lewis.
