PipeStone is on the south side of Dayton to the west of the I-675 and I-75 separation between exits 41 and 44 off I-75 to the west

The layout is a parkland course designed over rolling hills and along tree-lined fairways with three water hazards and minimal sand bunkers. It's generally straightforward save for a couple of doglegs and very playable along broad fairways. From the blue tees, it's 6,580 yards, 70./131, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Arthur Hills.
