PipeStone is on the south side of Dayton to the west of the I-675 and I-75 separation between exits 41 and 44 off I-75 to the west

The layout is parkland style of course design over rolling hills and along tree lined fairways with three water hazards and minimal sand bunkers. It's generally straightforward save for a couple of doglegs, and very playable along broad fairways. From the blue tees it's 6,580 yards, 70./131, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Arthur Hills.
