Heatherwoode is an upscale, municipal golf course located south of Dayton in Springboro off south Main Street at exit 38 of I-75.

The parkland style golf course partially borders a residential community along broad fairways defined by stands of mature hardwoods. There's Clear Creek snaking through the northern third along with numerous ponds and lakes in addition to a sprinkling of sand bunkers primarily guarding the greens. The golf course was designed by Denis Griffiths and from the tips is 6,754 yards, 72.8/129, course/slope ratings with four shorter tee boxes.
