Pleasant Valley is 40 minutes west of downtown D.C. and just south of the Dulles Airport in Chantilly south of the Jackson Memorial Highway.

The golf course is a parkland layout over a large tract of natural land with unique fairway corridors. The course journeys over slightly rolling terrain bordered by tall fescue with water hazards in play on 1/3 of the holes and sand traps defending the fairways and greens. It can play to 6,915 yards from the tips, 73.5/137, course/slope ratings with three shorter sets of tees, designed by Ault, Clark and Associates in 1998.
