The Plum Lake Golf Club is on the south side of Plum Lake about 20 miles northwest of Eagle River.

The golf course is a 9 hole, historic gem carved through the woods in a totally isolated northern Wisconsin setting. It features narrow, tree lined fairways over humps and hollow with a host of blind shots and postage stamps for greens. It's 3,113 yards from the tips, par 36, 34.9/119, course/slope rating with a 2,880 yard tee for the ladies, a 1912 design by Tom Bennet.
