Prairie Landing is out in West Chicago near the DuPage airport on Roosevelt Road.

The course is a wide open, links style layout almost devoid of trees with wind generally a factor. The layout has five par 5s and a several risk-reward par 4s that provide for numerous scoring opportunities. Water hazards and sand bunkers are the dominating factors here with an abundance of both along the fairways and defending the greens. It was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., and plays to an overall yardage of 6,950 yards, 73.8/139, course/slope ratings with four shorter tee boxes.
