Proctor-Pittsford CC is a few miles south of Pittsford on Route 7 15 minutes north of Rutland.

The course is a relic from the early 1920s, and a shot maker's layout carved through the forests surrounded by the Green Mountains and the Adirondacks. The fairways are narrow and tree lined as they move along slightly rolling terrain with multiple water hazards in play, numerous doglegs, and 60+ sand traps bordering the small, raised greens. It was designed by Henry Collin and Ray Keiser and is rather short at 6,048 yards from the tips, 68.9/116, course/slope ratings with a par of 70.
