Redtail Golf Club is located in a residential development in Lake County north of Orlando about 15 minutes off I-4 at the Sanford/Route 46 exit.

The layout has parkland elements as it flows through tree lined fairways along with open holes bordered by lakes or wetlands. It's a challenging design with an interesting mix of mild and challenging holes especially #18, a grand finishing hole. It was designed by David Harman and plays to 7,152 yards from the tips, 6,503 yards from the green tees, 72.0/129, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
