Riverdale is about 30 minutes north of downtown Denver on the on the west side of the South Platte River just inside the 470 Beltway with two 18 hole courses.

The Dunes course is primarily a links-style design meandering along the South Platte River. The course traverses rolling fairways bordered by tall fescue grasses which at the right time of year provides a striking contrast with the green fairways. In total there are 44 conventional and pot sand bunkers in addition to water hazards on over half the holes. It can play 7,067 yards, 73.2/133, course/slope ratings from the back tees but has three shorter tee boxes, designed by Pete and Perry Dye.

The Knolls course is parkland style layout ambling along tree lined fairways with water in play on over half the holes playing to elevated greens, many of which are defended by sand traps. There's 3 sets of tee boxes that play to 6,784 yards, 71.3/123, course/slope ratings from the tips with two shorter tees, designed by Henry Hughes.
