Riverview is on the west side of Scottsbluff along the North Platte River just north of the Scotts Bluff National Monument.

The layout is over small plateaus and ridges along tree lined fairways exposed to the elements with mid-sized oval greens guarded by sand bunkers and generally straightforward save for several doglegs. The course is 6,010 yards from the tips, par 70, 68.1/116, course/slope ratings.
