Rolling Meadows is 20 minutes due east of Windsor Locks and the Hartford Airport in Ellington on Sadds Mill Road surrounded by fields and forests.

The golf course is a parkland layout wandering along a blend of open and narrow, tree lined fairways over a slight change in elevation with sand traps defending the oval, undulating greens. It's 6,818 yards with a 125 slope from the tips, the white tees play to 6,269 yards, 69.6/124, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees, designed by Al Zikorus.
