Cedar Knob is east of Enfield off I-91 at exit 47 about 30 minutes from either Hartford or Springfield.

The course is out on its own without houses or development along the holes. It moves along narrow, tree lined fairways with slight and dramatic doglegs, water hazards in play on a few holes, and a moderate amount of bunkering mostly around the greens. The par 5s may be reachable in two, there's a couple interesting short par 4s, and two stout par 3s of 200+ yards. It's fairly long at 6,734 yards from the tips, or as short as 5,784 yards, the White tees are at 6,298 yards, 70.3/125, course/slope ratings, designed by Geoffrey Cornish.
