Rome Country Club is northwest of Rome on Rt 69.

The golf course is a classic parkland layout along a mix of wide and narrow, pine tree lined fairways with Beaver Brook traversing the northeastern third of the course. It's a pleasant setting in the foothills of the Adirondacks with an unpretentious and straightforward hole design featuring numerous slight doglegs and modest greens with minimal sand in play. The course can play up to 6,800 yards from the back tees, 73.1/131, course/slope ratings with three other sets of tees.
