ShadowRidge is on the west side of Hattiesburg, just off US 98, winding through a residential community with only a few homes bordering the golf course.

The routing is carved through pines, dogwoods, and magnolias along narrow fairways with little forgiveness off the tee. It's a mix of straightforward holes and doglegs, several water hazards, and a generous amount of sand traps defending the ample greens. It was designed by Jed Azinger and from the tips is 6,845 yards, 73.0/135, course/slope ratings, with three shorter sets of tees.
