Sky Mountain is a municipal golf course located 20 miles north of St George off I-15 on the south side of the Virgin River in Hurricane, with Zion National Park and the Pine Valley Mountain range as a backdrop.

The layout is partially within a residential development on the south side of the Virgin River and wide open to the constant wind tunnel here. The setting is stunning, with 360-degree mountains, red rock canyons, and valley vistas for miles. Several holes wind through the residential development while the balance are isolated and unique along natural borders with a surprising amount of elevation change. It's relatively short at 6,383 yards from the tips, 70.9/131, course/slope ratings, and two shorter tees, designed by Jeff Hardin in 1996.
