Soaring Eagles Golf Course is 15 minutes north of Elmira at the Mark Twain State Park in Horseheads off the Southern Tier Expressway at NY 14.

The golf course rambles over a rolling, natural tract of forested land with unique and isolated fairways. It's generally straightforward save for a few slight doglegs with several water hazards and a modest amount of sand traps in play. It can play to 7,067 yards from the tips, 74.2/135, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees, designed by Pete Craig.
