Southbridge is located on the southeast section of the I-16 and I-95 intersection within a residential development.

The layout features water in play on every hole in some shape or form with narrow corridors through the pine and oak trees playing to moderate sized greens well protected by sand bunkers. It plays to 6,922 yard, 74.1/134, course/slope from the tips with five shorter tees, designed by Rees Jones.
