Stoneybrook is located south of Ft. Myers off I-75 at Corkscrew Road in Estero in the Stoneybrook residential community.

The routing is through wetland mitigation areas and forests of pines, oaks, and cypress heads, with water hazards and sand bunkers in abundance throughout. It's one of the longest courses in Florida, 7,353 yards from the tips, 75.6/143 course/slope ratings, and six shorter tees, designed by Jed Azinger and Gordy Lewis.
