Sunflower is a municipal golf course operated by Wyandotte County located 20 miles west of Kansas City off of I-70 at 130th Street to the north along the north side of the Interstate.

The golf course is a parkland-style layout journeying along generally broad, tree-lined fairways over a slightly rolling topography. Multiple ponds impact play, including forced carries with sand bunkers scattered about the landing areas and greens. It is a strong layout, especially from the back tees at 7,032 yards, 73.9/132, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees, designed by Roger B. Packard in 1977.
