Tanglewood is 30 minutes east of Columbia off I-70 at exit 146 to the south at Fulton.

The golf course is partially bordering a residential development providing a combination of wide open links-style holes and some along tree lined fairways. It's a challenging, but playable layout with multiple water/wetlands, numerous doglegs, and a generous amount of sand bunkers. The course was designed by Jerry Loomis in the late 1990s and from the tips is 6,883 yards, the white tees are 6,291 yards, 70.7/123 course and slope ratings.
