Tapatio Springs is a hotel/resort/conference center on the northwest side of San Antonio in Boerne about 30 minutes from the San Antonio airport on I-10 at exit 539.

The course was carved through a bowl in the Texas Hill Country surrounded by limestone cliffs creating somewhat of an amphitheater affect. It's a hilly, target layout winding through narrow, tree lined fairways along a lake and a stream with an abundance of sand bunkers at the fairway's landing zones and surrounding the greens. The golf course was originally designed by Bill Johnston with further design work by Tripp Davis and has five sets of tees from 5,185 yards to 6,504 yards at the tips, 72.5/137, course/slope ratings.
