Territory is 5 miles east of St. Cloud on 55th Avenue northeast of the St. Cloud Airport.

The layout is a combination links/parkland design over a large tract of rolling terrain with either lakes, streams, or wetlands in play on most of the holes. The fairway landing zones are open off the tee and the greens large yet well protected by sand bunkers. It plays to 6,977 yards, 73.8/135, course/slope ratings from the back tees with three shorter tees, designed by Ron Bloom.
