The Beaufort Club is 5 miles north of downtown Beaufort off US 70 to the west in a real estate development.

The layout is dominated by water in the form of wetlands, creeks, ponds, and lakes along with a generous amount of sculptured sand bunkering and sandy waste areas. There's five sets of tees from 4,994 yards to 7,210 yards off the back tees, the White middle tees play to 6,293 yards, 71.0/135, course/slope ratings, designed by Bob Moore.
