The Meadows is located on the west side of town in a small real estate development with homes on a few holes.

The layout traverses rolling terrain with a combination of wide open fairways along with those which are lined with trees, but generally with plenty of room off the tees. There's multiple water hazards in play and a moderate amount of sand bunkers both along the fairways and guarding the greens. The course was designed by Bob Lohmann in 1996 with four sets of tees and can play to 6,675 yards, 72.4/129, course/slope ratings from the tips.
