The Meadows is located in a small real estate development on the west side of town with homes on a few holes.

The layout traverses rolling terrain, with a combination of wide open fairways and those lined with trees, but generally with plenty of room off the tees. Multiple water hazards are in play, and there are a moderate number of sand bunkers both along the fairways and guarding the greens. The course was designed by Bob Lohmann in 1996 with four sets of tees and can play to 6,675 yards, 72.4/129, course/slope ratings from the tips.
