The Quarry is located just south of the San Antonio Airport off US 281 at Basse Road to the east.

The golf course's front nine is links style over slightly rolling fairways bordered by tall native grasses with multiple water hazards and an abundance of sand bunkers. The back nine is a drastic change as it marches through a former rock quarry with elevated tees and forced carries over chasms framed by a lake and limestone cliffs at least 125 feet high. It can play to 6,740 yards, 72.4/132, course/slope ratings from the tips with 3 shorter sets of tees, a Keith Foster design.
