Tillery Tradition is on the east side of Lake Tillery, 10 minutes southeast of Albemarle.

The course is a classic NC layout cut through old-growth hardwoods over slightly rolling terrain on the western edge of the Uwharrie Mountains. It's a challenging yet engaging shot-maker's layout where every unique fairway jaunts through narrow corridors with multiple water hazards and well-bunkered fairways and greens. It was designed by Carl Holston with four sets of tees. The blue tees are at 6,380 yards, 72.0/125, course/slope ratings.
