Toddy Brook is on the north side of Portland in North Yarmouth between I-95 and I-295 on Route 9.

The golf course is along broad fairways with scattered, young trees or deep forest at the borders. There are numerous water ponds, streams, and wetlands in play and a generous amount of sand traps along the fairways, which secure the small to mid-sized, kidney- or oval-shaped greens. It's only 6,214 yards, par 71 from the tips, 70.1/129, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Robert and Christina Anderson.
