Toqua is on the west side of Tellico Lake in Tellico Village about 45 minutes southwest of Knoxville.

The golf course is a hilly, parkland layout ambling through an established, residential community with trees bordering the fairways, sand bunkers along the fairways and greens, and water hazards on seven holes with three holes directly on the Lake. The course can play to 6,910 yards from the blue tees, 71.2/126, course/slope ratings with two shorter tee boxes, designed by Ed Ault.
