Trysting Tree is located on the east side of Corvallis off I-5 at the Corvallis exit to the west on the eastern bank of the Williamette River.

The golf course is a wide open, links-style layout on level terrain bordering the Willamette River which would be in play were it not blocked by trees. The layout provides for generally broad fairways with scattered trees at the margins, a stream and several ponds, and a sprinkling of sand bunkers mostly around the large, contoured greens. The course features multiple sets of tees, the white tees are 6,211 yards, 69.9/122, course/slope ratings, designed by Ted Robinson.
