Tumwater is a municipal golf course just off the I-5 at exits 102/103 south of Olympia.

The 20 hole golf course is a parkland layout traversing generally level terrain on land bisected by the Deschutes River. The fairways are defined by trees with numerous ponds and the River in play in addition a modest amount of sand bunkers typically defending the greens. There's four sets of tees and from the back tees it's 7,079 yards, 73.7/125, course/slope ratings, designed by Roy Goss and Glen Proctor in 1970.
