Twin Falls is about 40 minutes west of Beckley in southern West Virginia in the Twin Falls State Park.

The course is a traditional layout along tree-lined fairways through the valley floor between the mountains, with a stream in play on all but a couple of holes. It's on the short side at 6,382 yards from the tips, par 71, 71.3/132, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees. The original nine holes were designed by Geoffrey Cornish in the late 1960s, and the second nine by George Cobb, Sr.
