The Ledges is 8 miles north of St. George on UT 18 partially within a residential community in the Snow Canyon area.

The course is in a stunning setting with all sorts of unusual and highly colorful rock formations (including "Rock Fish" - from where the restaurant at Ledges gets its name). The front nine features rolling terrain with generous fairways and elevation changes. The back side is one of the most memorable nine holes you might ever play with canyon backdrops and carries over desert washes and ravines and views of “Snow Canyon” from the 11th and 12th holes- spectacular! The green complexes are raised with slightly undulating surfaces and well protected on the sides by sand bunkers. The mounding along the fairways and beside the greens is extensive and there are 80+ sand bunkers, yet water comes into play on just two holes. It plays to an overall yardage of 7,145 yards from the tips, 73.5/134, course/slope ratings but with three shorter tee boxes, a Matt Dye design.
