White Clay Creek borders Delaware Park on the south side of Wilmington off I-95 at Route 7 to the north.

The golf course is a parkland design slogging along White Clay Creek and its tributaries over a 230-acre tract of land with 16 of the 18 holes bounded or crossed by the Creek, streams, wetlands, or ponds. The layout is a drill in course management negotiating narrow, tree-lined fairways, sand bunkers, water hazards, OB, forced carries, and blind shots. It was designed by Steve Forest and from the back tees it's 7,007 yards, 75.0/140, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees.
