Windham is south of Albany in the Northern Catskills on the east side of Windham on NY 23, 22 miles off I-87 at Exit 21 in the Great Northern Catskills.

This parkland layout traverses narrow, tree-lined fairways over rolling terrain in a scenic, natural setting. The Batavia Kill traverses the course on its northern border and is often in play, in addition to several ponds. There's the occasional fairways sand trap, but the modest greens are well-defended. It was originally designed in 1928 by Len Raynor, and from the blue tees, it's only 6,268 yards, 70.4/120, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees.
