Alpine Lake Golf Course is just west of Deep Creek Lake on the West Virginia side, 45 minutes south of Friendsville off I-68, and is available to resort guests.

The golf course is set in a scenic setting as it traverses hilly terrain, providing views over Alpine Lake. The layout has a mix of narrow and open, tree-lined fairways with numerous dogleg, water hazards on multiple holes, and only a sprinkling of sand bunkers around the small, raised greens. It was designed by Ron Forse, and from the White tees, it's 6,069 yards, 69.2/117, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees, and unusual in that it has six par 3s, six par 4s, and six par 5s.
