The Ashland Golf Club is off I-71 at the Ashland exit on the south side of town.

The layout is a classic parkland design, along narrow, hardwood and pine tree-lined fairways over rolling hills. Jamison Creek cuts diagonally through the layout, impacting play on several holes, with the modest, raised greens well protected by deep sand bunkers. There are four sets of tees. The White tees are at 6,391 yards, 70.4/126, course/slope ratings, an original 1920s design by Scottish architect Willie Park, JR, a British Open winner in the late 1880s.
