Brookside Golf Course is northwest of Ashland on Sandusky Street just off I-71.

The golf course is a traditional layout winding along tree lined fairways over rolling contours and little in the way of sand traps but numerous water hazards in play. It's had design work over the years by Jack Kidwell, Dr. Michael Hurdzan, Zenophon Hassenplug, and originally opened in 1971. From the tips it's 6,511 yards, par 71, 69.8/113, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
