Oaktree is on the northwest side of Mansfield just off US 30 at the Lexington/Springmill exit to the north.

The course is mostly open save for a couple of fairways bordered by deep woods and homes on only two holes. It's relatively straightforward with broad landing zones, several ponds, and less than 15 sand traps. There's five sets of tees with the white tees playing to 6,011 yards, 70.0/120, course/slope ratings, designed by Bill Guest.
