The compact layout is squeezed between the Parkway, Shore Road, and a residential community along numerous parallel fairways defined by old-growth trees. A liberal amount and variety of sand traps are positioned along the fairways and guard the greens, with multiple water hazards in play. The tips are 6,325 yards, 70.7/122, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Bob Hendricks.
