Baywood Greens is 10 miles southwest of Rehoboth Beach partially within a residential development on the Williams Highway.

Baywood is primarily a parkland layout journeying along broad, contoured fairways through the woods in a scenic setting with several exterior holes bordered by homes. There's extensive landscaping along the fairways and bordering the greens with water in play on 12 holes overall in addition to an array and variety of sand bunkers defending both the fairway landing zones and greens. There's five sets of tees overall with the middle tees playing to 6,088 yards, 69.0/125, course/slope ratings, designed by Bill Love, former Ault/Clark and Associates, but Larry DeWitt (landscape architect) and Rob Tunnell, the owner finished the shaping of the layout.
